The power socket was faulty, turns off when you touch it. I charged 1 set of 18650 and everything was fine. However during the second set it stopped working properly. Cannot change charge modes anymore, cannot change amp rate anymore, Says it is charging when empty from batteries, does not recognize when I put batteries in it. Help would be appreciated.
