I tested it with precise 50ohm 50w resistor. - The voltage display indicates slightly too high over the whole range (that is better then too low!). - The current display is pretty spot on. - The current limiter (potentiometer) works fine (at 30v I could limit the current more precise). - The on/off switch and sockets/connectors feels like delicate plastic and I added 3 washers for better contact and ease (in tightening the connectors, I had no banana plugs at hand during testing). I did not test at high currents because I want to use it in low current situations, so 1A is already enough for me, (that is why) at no time did the fan kick in in the above situation. Appearance and overall ease of use is good, I am looking forward in working with it, thanks.
