left in the window 3 days to try to charge a small tablet and the battery just kept decreasing... i dont know if its because the black mark on the picture i added. bought it to put on my boat but its not waterproof like the description says. on the instructions it says to that the junction box is not waterproof and should not be let outside... totally uselless.

Eugene Check for marks or small dents or fused line or blemish on panel surface. It should all be the same. No dark little spots like yours has. Lines should be silver not dark
