So far i'm enjoying this product alot. The tests i've done sofar it really output full power over USB. (supports quick charge 2 and 3) It pushes power banks full speed @ 5v 3.4amps. 9v 2amps or 12v 1.5amps I could not test the load properly on the DC port (as i don't own a solar charger). but the volt tests i've done in full sun on average warm day (it was 18degree's Celsius here in South Africa , Cape town that day). Voltmeter showed I got 23 open volts and 1.85amps. My voltmeter tested it that way, but as i mentioned it was not a super sunny day like 23 or 25degree's Celsius. I think it will then reach 2amp or 2.1amp. Under proper load (when a battery pulls the power) it will lower the volts to 21volt or maybe down to 19volt. Then push 1.85amp to 2amps to battery. Which is not bad. Which should be 35watt minimum to 43watt +- I'm happy with the quality product, it is very light and is powerfull.
