markysparky give the magnet a little spin. then play with hall sensor positioning as it should pick up the changing magnetic field to switch the coils magnetic field.

dimitris I have the same problem with others I can 't make it run I tested the hall sensor and is functional The two small cylinder magnets must be in the holes to be all the system in levitation or must be out of holes to make eccentric rotation

dimitris i have the same problem how operate this thing i check the sensor is ok , the two small cylinder magnets must iside the holes to levitate or not
