There is an ON/OFF switch on this board, which can never ever withstand 20 Ampere or 300 Watt as described in the specification - see the picture of the small "toy-switch" on the top-side of the board close to the Input- Connectors Plus-Pole.

Liaan Thatswitch switches the pwm regulator on and off not the load, hence the small switch, so it is more than adequate.
