appro Je suis très satisfait du service client Banggood, Il suffit de leur envoyer une photo des produits avec un mail leur expliquant le problème et ils font un avoir ou renvoie la marchandise si elle est disponible. Je les ai sollicités à plusieurs reprises. Very good costumer service.

grumble Ik ben heel tevreden over Banggood, één keer heb ik 2 lampjes gekregen terwijl ik er 3 besteld en betaald had. Eén mailtje naar Cservice@banggood.com en ik kreeg er gratis een lampje nageleverd.
