Item did not have an adapter for US outlet nor US plug. Item does not work in any color mix other than 100% to E0 motor. It will default to 100% E0 sometime during a print. Bed, warped. Item does print when item is offset from center and when bed is manually leveled during first and second layers. Item was easy to assemble and built is sturdy. Banggood service is terrible. I did as asked via email, sent more than 5 video of issues. Still not working. No refund. Offered $5 for the plug prob.

devine Seems like you really dont know printers, this is not intended for beginners, maybe starting out with a CR-10 would have been a better option for your first printer
