first day I modded this with the Dremel so my glasses fit inside the box.... then a week later moved the Fresnel lense all the way up to the front by removing a large chunk of the lense to fit over the nose piece.... wasn't my idea - saw it online to help with the focus issues of not being able to move it close enough to my eyes. And finally I've had 3 occasions when the DVR says "no signal" and just blue screens.... it has come back working again but I'm not sure what broke it or what fixed it
