Quick initial review: Shipping and packaging - excellent service from BG, arrived really quickly. Nicely boxed and presented helicopter. Helicopter Build quality - excellent. Transmitter - actually really nice to use. The manual is a bit hit and miss in places, but as the 120S is pre-programmed in there is no immediate need to tackle the menu structures. Eventually I might put the 120s on my DX8, but for the moment Im going to enjoy the supplied transmitter. First flight - uneventful for want of a better word. Charged everything up and turned it on and it flew and hovered really nicely outdoors in a moderate breeze. The model has been nicely set up at the factory and performs well in the 6G stabilised mode and on low rates. Im not that proficient yet to try the 3D mode and to be honest , as a full size helicopter pilot by profession, not really something that I would want to do. So hovering and flying circuits, lazy eights and the occasional funnel is good enough for me. So initial thoughts are that I really like this helicopter. As a complete package Eachine 120S CP knocks spots off the Elite Blade 120 FP helicopter and is a really nice machine to progress with. IMHO of course.
