Works unexpectedly well! While it is not completely flat, the middle is lower than the corners, the first layer adheres well enough. Once cooled, prints come off relatively easily. It feels relatively durable as long as you don't scratch it with a print removal tool or an incorrectly leveled bed. If you are having trouble with first layer adhesion (like I did at first), make sure that you clean it with isopropil alcohol once in a while. Makes a big difference.
