MY PICTURES OF MY FHONE ARE VERY LOW QUALITY A good projector for films and other things, i have him now for about 4 days an i am very happy. The fans are not super quiet (it will depends on how far you sit from the projector) for an action movie it is no problem but for a calm movie you can hear the fans but you get used to it. the image is ok. normal 1080p and colors are good. The only thing is that tho ports are on the back and very hard to get to (see pictures) The remote is good but you realy have to point to the beamer. i do not have any experience with costumer service IF YOU MOUNT THE PROJECTOR AT AN ANGLE IT IS IMPOSIBLE TO MAKE THE WHOLE SCREEN IN FOCUS I THINK ITS A GOOD PROJECTOR FOR THE PRICE i project my image to a dark white wall i do suggest to look around for coupons because it could have safe me 15$ shipping was fast in the EU
