I have measured the power bank with an Electronic Load FX35. Instead of 10,000mAh the measurement shows only 6,700mAh. Both ordered power banks showed the same capacity. See the measurement in the attached photo.

darkdiver Itis 10000mAh at 3.7V (Lipo cell voltage and cell mAh). There is some power loss to step up to 5V.
