A very solid feeling radio. However, speaker sound is heavily distorted, even at low volume. Voice prompts are very scratchy and hard to discern. The greatest draw back is, there seems to be no programming software available for this model which renders it all but useless and CHRP doesn't recognize this model currently. As this was intended for business use, it may need to be returned.
