Product received in good condition . Tried to deduct few acu points and results are as expected. Great! However the following are the concerns. 1. Adapter provided is different and cannot be used to charge 508-b pen. The cable with mini usb fits the pen however there is nowhere provision to insert the other end of cable with USB pin to supplied charger. Enclosed the image for you to understand better. Kindly arrange to send the correct power charging adapter for 508-b pen with a provision to insert USB cable. 2. Manual provided is Chinese. Please provide ENGLISH version of manual. 3. Little Pulse Liquid(GEL) is not present in the box. THe space with the round space in the box is empty. Perhaps this may be lost during transit as the package sealed was already opened when I received the courier. Please arrange to send the same. I have paid insurance for this product during the purchase. Hence please arrange to send the above mentioned 3 items. Irespective of these issues I have given 5 stars trusting Banggood will do the needfull. Thanks. Note:- I am unable to upload images here . Will send these photos to you customer care mail id.
