BG557465074 depends on your usage, or for some, what their eyes prefer. I use the higher Kelvin for mass lighting, safety and maintenance work. I use lower k for photography and color matching. they both work great. if you just want "bright!" go for the xhp. higher lumens is brighter, higher candela looks better.

Bennard for me, better SST40 5000K cause:
1. Consider this is small Flashlight and single 21700 also for SST40 got better temprature.. heat is not fast rising like XHP version which different just 3K lumens.. so more run time specially if u already set temprature safety limit before stepdown higher.

2. Colors 5000K is Great! specially in wet place, rain or snow.. and SST40 more further throw.. sharper beam.

3. trust me.. xhp50.2 version is not reach 11k lumens.. i ale try it i use SAMSUNG 40T 21700, u know this type of battery is very good high drain performance. closer to 30T but with higher capacity
