Puts out a good amount of light. I tend to run it on the option where the light is on a very low setting, but goes to full output if movement is detected. Where I have the light it doesn't get a lot of direct sunlight. I have it mounted on hooks so I can easily take it down and put it in the sun during the day. I don't do this everyday, and I don't want to, but if I don't put it in the sun everyday it will go flat after 3 or 4 days. I know it's a solar light and ideally it would be in full sun as much as possible, but it seems like the solar panel just isn't capable of recharging the batteries, unless under perfect conditions, and even then... I opened mine up to charge the two 18650 batteries (2200mah). I found one of the screws was missing from housing. When I tried putting a spare screw in, the hole was too big. I think it was a manufacturing error. I can't get the casing squarely sealed now either. This is one of 5 Arilux solar lights I own. It goes flat the fastest of all of them, but it also has the most LED's of all of them. It just seems like there is sweet spot when it comes to the number of LED's you can run from a small solar panel, and 80 is too many. I think I'll go back to the 62 LED version.
