The CM marks did not line up with the center of the holes they were supposed to locate. In addition, the left-hand start (zero point) of the inch and CM marks were offset to the right of the start of the cutout slot. It is apparent that the blank was not properly aligned in the punching machine or the laser marking machine. In other words, the markings do not match the punched openings. However, it is a nice looking and useful tool if it were made properly. Maybe I just received a flawed sample.
