Item came well packed and contained all the items you could want. Also included allen keys. The alarm is very loud and gives a 2 second warning if only touched for brief amount of time. If touched again it then continues for another 15 seconds. The light in nice and bright. If you use the bell it gives 3 short but loud beeps. great added bonus to alert pedestrians. The item came with some charge in it but needed a good few hours initially to get it fully ready. Very pleased with item. Cant see me not having one fitted on my bike now. It really does do everything and is very neatly mounted underneath the seat.
