I unscrewed the cover and found one of the motor wires had become detached. It was fairly obvious where it was supposed to go so I took a gamble before reporting it for a refund. I got lucky, but I had a soldering iron and tools ready for this. I've given four stars for 'Quality' as one can't expect too much for the low price. For most people however, this purchase will be a waste of time and effort if the unit arrives in a similarly faulty condition.
