It welds the included nickel strip at level 3 very well, however, even at level 6 it can't do a strong enough weld with a 0.15 mm nickel strip. It is not worth the full price, definitely, but I got it at a discount, therefore I am happy with it. I might get a stronger one thicker nickel strips.

denis4o Additional review after some additional use time: the ends are getting hot and the welder resets itself to power level 1 after a few welds. It is a piece of s**t. I won't recommend it.
