I have a car I am building /restoring and I couldn't get the original door clips that secure the factory inside/interior door trim panels to the doors so I brought these magnets to screw to the door trim (epoxy could also be used). No problem for these very strong magnets to stick even through the plastic sheet used as a damp/drip/water protector between the trim and door either. In fact if need be the magnets could even go on the outside of the door trim (but covered by vinyl or leather etc) and they would easily still stick through several mm of door panel mdf or marine ply backing the trim. I think 6 would do a large door very easy, in fact I now think I could of got smaller magnets (also sold by Bangggood) however I wanted a certain size bolt hole offered by the magnets I got, smaller magnets would have no trouble holding a large door trim panel on. Hope this helps. PS, Great price compared to the kits offered by online car shops!
