received in a great timely manner but sadly the charge controller does not charge any of my batteries. 12v or otherwise , it just stays on same charge volts all day. I even added a one way diode hoping that would fix it but no luck.

ArceAngel update- panel still working GREAT for its size. I use it to power a security cam during the day. as for the regulator, It has a ton of useful parts so I am not upset in the very least
