Sou do Brasil e a minha experiencia com a compra desse osciloscópio é a seguinte: comprei por boleto tudo certinho, pedi pelo armazem da china e rapidamente a banggood enviou o produto, nao demorou pra chegar no país, o problema é sempre a receita por conta das taxas elevadas. Quando comprei eu guardei 600,00 esperando as taxas porque as chances de ser taxado nesse tipo de produto sao grandes, a minha surpresa é que o vendedor declarou valor baixo e eu paguei na mesma proporção (nao pedi para declarar nenhum valor), depois de pago eu recebi tudo certinho (demorou 30 dias no total da china para minha cidade). O unico lado ruim é que eles enviam na caixa original do aparelho, fora isso nao tenho do que reclamar. Caso voce seja do brasil entao sempre guarda um dinheiro reserva esperando taxa porque é praticamente certo que isso ocorra. Nao esquecer que tem que estado do brasil que cobra ICMS entao pesquisa antes de comprar.
