Will run at full brightness from 11 volts. Appling more volts does not use more power or get brighter. Claims it will work at up to 80 volts. I'm not brave enough to try this. I have tried 24 volts, all is fine, no current increase or brightness. Very good even bright light. uses 9.8 watts at 12volts DC. Quite close to the 10 watt rated.

Q: can I connect either Power supply DC connection to Ground?

Mikebeeny Yes, the outputs are floating, I use 2 power supplies in series to get a positive & negative output. I have removed the power supply earth to mains on the power in however to remove ground loops when testing amplifiers.

I purchased this for use with a fan. It does work in so far as it does change the speed of the fan but it makes the fan motor buzz quite loudly. Making it's use out of the question. Will work fine with heaters or lamps but NOT induction motors.

You will not get more than about 20 watts in bright sun. Calling this 100 watts, well, it's got to be a joke. For charging a small battery it's fine. I use the 5 volt output to charge, my power bank, phone, fan etc Will not charge a flat car battery. I have reviewed this in full on my YouTube channel. Look for my name. MICHAEL BEENY

Previously I had 2 of the 0-30 volt versions. Perfect. I have now replaced them with 2 of the 60 volt version. I have tested both for a number of hours on full 5 amp loads. They barely get warm. My load box however had to be fan cooling. I use two in series to get both a plus and minus voltage for amplifier testing. See these in use on my YouTube channel here https://youtu.be/s9CDY9rXNos

Sadly the power supply arrived quite badly bent and damaged, due to completely inadequate packing. The box it's self was not damaged but inside not even the smallest piece of bubble rap. I opened the unit, luckily I did to find the PCB squashed against the case. After careful re bending the metal work and close inspection I powered it up via a dim bulb. To my amazement it worked. Voltage is show on the LED is accurate. At the time of writing this, I have not done any current tests. Banggood, you need to take better control of the packing, I cam so close to getting a refund. The case still looks a mess. Because of this I cannot recommend this item. I will be doing a full review on my YouTube channel soon. I have tied loading pictures but it does not like my camera for some reason. Very sad!

Mikebeeny I am waiting for a credit on this. Very unsafe, No cable clamp, case not earthed. Mains cable drapes across the heatsink. etc. A good product to make you dead.!!

Q: My 206D which i just got it few days back showing default A is 0.9 once i turned it On without being near to any current at all, even if it in the case.Is it Malfunctioning or i have to do some sort of calibrations and how ? TIA

Mikebeeny You will need to zero the meter, probably on most clamp measurements. This is quite common. After you turn it on , it will have a random number on the display. Simply press the red button marked Z stoke F a couple of seconds till it bleeps and reads zero.

All well made and work well. My only criticism is the crock clip leads. They are just crimped, really needs to be soldered for a much better connection. Note the wire is very thin, not really suitable for more than about 100mA as the voltage drop is high due to high resistance.

Took 20 days to arrive. No extra packing, just a plastic bag (see Photo) Somewhat damaged box. Inside all is well, overall very pleased. Very smooth panning possible. Well made. Sorry cannot upload Jpg Photo for some reason. This file extension is not allowed. Only .jpg,.png,.gif are allowed.

Very good value for money. Runs nice and cool, most of the time the fan never comes on. I use 2 of these connected to give both a + and a - output. Works just fine. Mostly used in this format. Pity the output sockets don't have a hole for wire insert. I tried to upload photos in JPG but does not work here for some reason.
