Bought it so I could have it in my TS-80 soldering kit. The TS-80 is powered by usb-c, by having this in my tool kit I now have the option to connect the soldering iron to any low voltage DC (7.4V-26V) powersupply and get the correct usb output (9V 2A - 18W)

Love this soldering iron, it's small and handy. A great tool to have in the toolbag. 2 weeks shipping from China to Norway.

Q: What is the wattage of this Iron at 9 volts input?

mpetreboy 9Volts * 2 Ampere = 18 Watts. But note that this soldering iron beats most 50-60w portable soldering irons

Great bag to use with the TS-80 soldering iron, it fits the soldering iron, 10000mAh powerbank, flux, wick, tin. It has 3 smal pockets that are perfect to hold lighters and strips of different sizes heat-shrink tubing. I know it's not made for that but it is as it was made for the ts80(all to go bag)
