TAGood827 No, the FT-012 is a smaller boat that the FT-011. The parts are not interchangeable between the FT-012 and the FT-011.

This is the second set I ordered. They do work nicely. Only flaw is the temperature displayed is affected by the phone charger. Otherwise an okay little unit. I was disappointed with the shipping this time. I ordered on June 3 and did not receive until Aug 26. It was in country on July 12 but was not touched until a week after I checked in the customer service a couple weeks ago. Customer service didn't really tell me anything other than go check with post office and if they can't find it, then they would talk about fixing the problem. Banggood shipping logistitics has gone downhill IMO.

Well, it's a wireless charger with a clock, calendar and temperature display added to it along with the ability to set 3 different alarm times. It is sleek looking but it is very lightweight which makes it feel a little cheap. It comes only with a short USB cable, it does not include a wall adapter. So you will need to either get a wall adapter or use an open high power computer port to drive it. I used a powered USB hub to test my units. Simple menu to set date, time, and alarms. I got 2 units. The temp does not match on both units, showing a 4 degree difference. Also, one of the unit's charging symbol is always visible where the other one will go out without a device on the charging area. Both appear to charge well, I have an LG G7 Thin Q that charged up about as fast as expected. Overall, I like the device well enough. I have a couple places I will put them and I will see how well they hold up with repeated use.

Mine was slightly damaged in shipping. The box got crushed and the brow over the right eyelid cracked. The internal packaging is too flimsy to withstand any abuse. It is thin plastic, not foam which it probably should be. The box is rather thin for shipping as well. But it did work fine when I tested it. Interesting how it has to be in water for the Tx/Rx to connect but it hooks up fine. It does not have a lot of power but you really don't want it zipping along at 40kph. I would not put this in any water with a current, it probably can't handle anything. I tested mine in our test tank at work and it got the laughs I hoped it would. Now I plan to sneak it out to my sailing club pond later this year and see if I can get a few double takes from those guys.
