Just got this product and been playing around with it. Has the the features I need of an actual phone when going out doing sporty and social activities without having to deal with carrying 5.5plus inch screen phones that I can't place anywhere. It's nice to see a company giving the option of going small with good enough features for calls, txt, gps, maps, browser and music. Social media to me is just blot ware. During an emergency what you really need are the above features, which is what this device does really well in a small form factor. Would be nice if it was less thick but that will come with time. You can't have all these features and have it super slim, just doesn't work physics wise. Good work ticwris! The reason I gave it 4/5 is because the package was squished, and the screen came with a dead(hot) pixel. Too bad, or else this would be an amazing product with 5/5, they need to work on the quality assurance part of it. For this kind of product, having a bad pixels on screen is unacceptable, perhaps the screen got damaged during transport since the casing was squished with actual physical piece broken off the package. Also, it seems like you can't turn off vibration for keyboard inputs or normal inputs. It's doesn't make sense battery and durability wise to have vibration on for every key input and while downloading apps. It vibrates every 3-4 secs continuously while it is downloading and install apps or updates, I don't know why and I haven't been able to turn it off.

David Itgives you your heart beat, it has leds on the bottom, just like all the other watch heart monitors. Yes, all you do is take your SIM card and place it in the watch. Make sure the watch supports your wireless carrier radio frequency bands ...I have Rogers in Canada and it works fine.

David Just updating my experience after 5 months, the watch strap has broken and the GPS antenna is exposed since it slides into the wrist strap it appears, the watch still works fine but no way to wear it currently. I don't know if there is a replacement strap anywhere. It's a bit disappointing the straps don't last. it's expensive device for only 5 month use if the main component brakes. besides that it's been good. hoping to find the strap replacement

Q: does it play music can you add apps like Pandora

David It does everything your smart phone does except for super amazing specs. like super megapixel cameras, hardcore gaming. but if you want to use it for smart home stuff like me so far it's been gold. I don't care for social media stuff but you can add that if you like. It's basically like any low entry smart phone. except you can take it on the go, and it's super small and goes on wrist and you don't need a big cell phone in your pocket to make calls. You have access to the regular Play store just like any phone(checked, plays store has Pandora). I've added alexa with all my alexa smart home gadgets (echo show5, echo 3rd gen speackers, smart locks, wink, etc). when you run video apps or high bandwidth apps continously 24.7. it does get toasty on your arm. I have been impressed with the wifi(working with my asus wifi6 router easily) and bluetooth 5.0 functinality(tried it with my Bob marly bluetooth speaker & amazon music app on the phone, sounds great, works great, not sure how hot it gets if left for a long time), I was expecting communication to be so-so but all it's communication features have been better than my sony compact performance phone (that was sonys high end phone like 3-4 yrs ago and has trouble with wifi 6 routers). I do miss some social media quick actions like sending or opening pictures in SMS or receiving them...it's kinda weird and awkward on this watch the way you send and receive them, might not display as perfectly and als
