BG165311812 Regarding your question, yes. The rings are interchangeable and the piston and ring dimensions for the ET6 are the same as the ET8. So you may successfully use them in either engine.

BG165311812 I received my engine today, 1-3-2021 and it Does have a pulley. In fact there are two, a starting pulley and a V type pulley installed on the left side opposite the fly hammer governor flywheel.
