Q: I still learn how it is used to achieve success. My real world challenge is: broken iron screw (diameter 7mm, length 35 mm) within solid wood (frame of a wooden yard gate). I followed the instruction for use, unfortunately the screw did turn zero mm. Anybody who managed screw extraction w success, sharing your experience is highly appreciated!

1. Delivery: good, well before deadline 2. Product: overall good quality, useful for DIY tasks Problem found: eventual configuration error. The large blade do not fit properly into the handle. Findings: 1) after the screw is tightened, the blade is not firmly attached to the handle. 2) the blade can be rotated around its tightening axis approx. 20 degrees, 3) the end (!) of the blade rotates circumferentially from the ideal axis. Ultimately the large blade cannot be used with this handle, as far as I can see. I would think that out of a number of similar, but not identical large- blade products it was not the planned item taken into the kit, but another one, that compares to the correct item fairly closely. Probably human error. I would not suppose that HILDA manufactures the product intentionally in this design. The large blade does not contain any part number. I attach three photos which document the uncompatibilty problem reported. If my findings are correct, my problem can be cured with sending an instance of the correct large-blade. If this is not the case, I would welcome HILDA's hint, how to apply the large blade into the handle, so the saw with the large blade can be used properly. Tested ok on my drill press. The pads delivered needs replacement for larger diameter pads in my case - however the set is indeed a useful asset for every bench.

Q: Looking at the photo, I thought the wall switch would be able for showing the on/off status with the LED located at the bottom of the keys. Well, after installation I can find no LED working. It is just a minor confusion. Operation of the switch is btw correct.

correct arrival. a fast testimony reveals, so it indeed offers features specified. it does not stick properly on painted wall. however it is washable and reusable. thank you

Q: The workbench is very attractive. However, the first two videos and the subsequent still photo configuration present a fairly bigger configuration than that of the rest photos. This causes a bit of confusion to me. (E.g. the videos are finished with a shot, showing the bench packed on a small rolling car, which itself is a component of the workbench. This rolling carrying car cannot be seen in the still photos.) What is the exact bench configuration to be delivered, and what are optional extensions, please?

Very good little tool. Attention! Be careful when you join it to the rotary tool. DO NOT TWIST IT OVER, because the tube can easily crack!
