I have had the Philodo H7 for about 3 weeks now. The delivery was about 12 days to Greece. It was easy to put together with a good user manual and all tools were included in the box. It is a robust bike, the frame is strong and all the welds are very good. I have found that there is a small amount of movement in the front fork/suspension. If you pull the front brake and rock the bike forward and back you can feel the play. This is not on the main yoke it is in the front folks.. The rear of the front mudguard is very close to the front of your shoe when you are peddling the bike. I have small feet only size 7 but I need to keep the ball of my foot on the peddle to stop my shoe hitting the mudguard. (photo) The "soft start" on the PAS system is great and can be set from 1-5 as is your preference BUT unfortunately there is no "soft start" function on the throttle. A slow pick up can be achieved with very careful throttle control but the motor kicks in too hard when using the throttle. Philodo could sort this with a software update and give the bike "soft start" on both PAS and Throttle. The Battery is a pain to get on and off the bike because there is not enough space between the case that holds the controller and the battery tray. This is very annoying as I always bring the battery in the house to allow it to rest and achieve room temperature before charging. (photo) When installing the rear rack it is necessary to bend the ends to fit the bike frame, I found them to be a long way out.. This is a good bike and in my opinion good value. The above are my observations.
