Q: what is the weld switch plug used for in the operation.?? What do you connect it to???

Transjuicer That switch is not (as mentioned) the power switch, the welding switch is a manual trigger for welding. A plug is supplied but you need to attatch a switch yourself. You can buy these for pennies here or at other sites. They are meant to be pressed with your foot so your hands are free to manage the weldig pens. Press foot switch once, spotwelder beeps (as a warning to announce it's going to do the business) and then welds it.

Q: which speaker should I connect in this board 3w or 5w ??

Transjuicer i think 3 w max, better to connect to little amplifier board if you want speakers. Also, the speaker output is one speaker (mono) while the headphone output (regular 700mW signal) can be used to put into amplifier.

FRANCIS Hi,no you can power it directly from a power source ie. 3.7 - 5 V. I powered mine from a USB bank which is 5 V. Wear adequate eye protection !
