This device is based on an ESP8266, so it can run various custom firmwares. I opened the enclosure to look for points to connect an FTDI programmer. I did find the points but they are a bit tricky to reach, so in the end I used tuya-convert to flash it OTA which worked beautifully. I flashed ESPHome on it and integrated it with HomeAssistant. Tuya MCU GPIO's are GPIO1 (tx) and GPIO3 (rx). The min and max dimming values are (believe it or not) 257 and 1003. Any values outside that range sets dimming to its lowest value.

Received undamaged, works like a charm. The relay is on GPIO4, the optocoupler on GPIO5. If you connect the optocoupler input GND (H) to power supply GND (B) you can connect a switch between F and G. Technically this breaks the isolation provided by the optocoupler, but it is way more robust than just connecting a switch between a GPIO and GND.

Ordered two of these, both work like a charm in Home Assistant using ESPHome firmware. I removed the IR filter from one of them to make it see in the dark together with some IR leds, this also works well.
