Q: can it only do 1 voltage across all points, or can each output be set to different voltages?

rcartier No, you cannot adjust all outputs to the same voltage. Only one of the four outputs can be adjusted. The others are fixed at the voltages marked under the board, near the connectors: 3.3V, 5V, and 12V.. From the picture, there seem to be 2 connection points for each output. So, technically, you could have 4 separate output pairs of wires with the same voltage by adjusting the variable output to the same as one of the fixed voltages, for a total of 4 devices that operate on the same voltage. Note: The extra connection points are a convenience, the total amperage draw should not exceed specs.
