Q: Hi, I have no /- description on the soil moisture probe, and no idea where to connect the battery. There is no wiring diagram, and from the pictures provided it seems that the battery is not connected at all! Do I need to solder it somewhere?

simole88 Forget the two AA alkaline batteries adapter's, the power supplied is not enough for the water pump. It's better a 3.7V Li-ion cell which offers significantly more power. Then you will need to connect + (red cable) on VCC and - (black cable) on GND. The cables supplied are too short, so the idea of soldering or connecting cables of different lengths is valid. Arduino cables are fine if desired...

[Long story short] When to buy? If you want a cheap projector with decent brightness and a possibility to screen something wireless. If you won't screen anything with fast movement. If you will not need keystone correction. [Overall description] The projector came well packaged, with a simple manual and HDMI cable. It is possible to connect to the projector remotely, however, it is sometimes freezing or has slower FPS (but that can be expected in this price range). The HDMI connection should be fastest, however, the FPS is still low, and faster movement is lagging (you will not enjoy games or action movies as much). It should be possible to play films or screen photos from USB, but I did not try it yet. The biggest problem I have with this projector is the sound, so far it does not work 80% of time. The second biggest problem is the keystone correction, the image starts to be blurred on edges up to a level when only a middle is sharp and the rest is absolutely blurred. And sometimes it does not want to start up, or maybe it takes about 20-60 seconds but does not indicate anything. The advantage is that for its price it is usable in low lite and absolutely nice in dark. If the sound would work correctly and the startup time would be faster I would rate it 4* for this price. If the keystone would not be blurred it is absolutely 5*.
