Istanu They are shown in the schematics which can be downloaded inb the description link. To answer your question though: R1=10kΩ; R2=47kΩ; R3=1kΩ; R4=1kΩ. Capacitor values are: C1=1μF; C2=0.1μF (aka: 104); C3=1μF
