Paul No. Both are just internet router extention. At least One has to be in the router area in a different side of the house. The other, should be placed in the first extention area, or in the router area. Usually they are used when you have a large house with concrete walls, or multiple floors. If the router cannot cover the entire area of the house, you add an extention. If one is not enough, add other more. However you must measure the internet speed to be close to that of the router, or sufficient for your application, like a wireless camera.

EBAH5 Don'tknow its been over 60 days and I have yet received the car. I've tried reaching out and they say it will get to me eventually.
