Tedward My opinion of this camera has now changed. I just tried it submerged and it leaks. Condensation formed on the lens and the view screen then it shorted out. It is toast and it was only a meter under the water. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IT TO BE WATERPROOF.

Tedward Thelanguage can to changed in the setup menu although it was hard to find with the camera originally set on Chinese. If you step through the menu to the 15th option you will be able to reset the language to whatever you want.
