Q: any easy way to wire this to the fuse box or the obd port?

netroot You need to fuse it to the fuse box. The red wire fuse go to the acc fuse like cigarette lighter in most cases and the yellow fuse go for BAT fuse like room lamp. Black to the chassis or any naked metal surface.

netroot Yes you can use the same sim card. As it is an android based system and support 4G band
