I always wanted a radiation detector, but I hope I will never really need it. :-) I will make some measurements around - am curious.

I wanted to use it with this solar panel: https://www.banggood.com/Portable-5W-12V-Polysilicon-Solar-Panel-Battery-Charger-For-Car-RV-Boat-W-3m-Cable-p-1449442.html?rmmds=myorder to power a wemos d1 mini using the power hat and a 18650 battery. Unfortunately the 14V open circuit voltage of the solar panel drops to around 4V when connected to this charge panel and it cannot provide power on the USB output as the minimum working input voltage is rated to 6V. So this panel cannot be used in this situation. I cannot decide now what is wrong, the solar panel, the charge panel, or the planed usage type.

It helps to reduce the cables needed to attach to the computers, but in my case not as much as I hoped. The audio jack output does not work with the following devices tested: Lenovo T470, Cube Mix Plus. Connecting two display having 1200 lines is over its limits. Connecting only one 1600x1200 or 1980x1200 is OK. The VGA connector does not have fixing bolt nuts. This can cause unwanted disconnection of the cable.

Unfortunately it has no over-discharge protection so be careful. (This was new information to me...) After all works a designed.

Opens easily but I needed a hammer close it again. Some grease was added to make closing easier, nut it is still not so easy.

The holes for the fixing bolts was not deep enough. To be able to use the original bolts, a female screw was added.

As you can see on the attached picture the plastic part has place for the axle transmission element when moving up-down but the metal not. A lot of grinding was needed to provide place and avoid blocking the suspension movements.
