banjobang when you use ELRS there could be some problems entring in config mode if you are using low speed rate (i.e. 50 Hz) or - and swiitch mode are settled in low resolution. Try to set your elrs communication mode in 100Hz (or more) and switch mode in full res 16ch rate ÷2 (via luav3 on the trasmitter) then try again

banjobang in the middle row pins on the left side (opposite the servos pins) In order: black = G red = V white = T (elrs tx) white = R (elrs rx) then choose CRSF in the TELE menù worsk ok for me
