polig Very smart! In addition to what has already been said, the 18650 battery has a voltage of 3.6V and has between 2600mAh and 3500mAh. 10 times 3.6V equals 36 Volts and the maximum current will be approximately 3500mAh. Not 388 Volts. There are no devices working on such Volts.
