Henry Wong I bought 4 30 LED recently to replace the older ones (6 led, 20 led, 40 led) which deteriorated due to ageing. For the past 5 years I have bought more than 20 units.

I purchased 2 item and both have the internal battery that is with very low voltage, so the circuit doesn't work as expected. when I opened the units for checking the circuit, I discovered that the lithium batteries in both the item are used and 100% recovered from laptop battery pack (they are easy recognizable). After charging the batteries with my external lithium charger the circuit starts to work as expected. The ON/OFF button sometime it is tricky to push. the overall quality it is acceptable.
