The first one got lost in the mail, but the seller sent a new one and I got a chance to use it the same day it arrived. I am quite pleased with this product and would happily recommend this seller for their good customer service when I had a problem! ------The nylon knob inside is designed to sit on your head and keep the shade stable, but I found it a bit uncomfortable so I wear a small hat. People with thick hair will be okay, but otherwise, wear a baseball cap.
