Video is good from the camera. night vision is very acceptable. this system has to be hardwired to power as it doesn’t come a cigarette power supply. you would need to purchase a separate plug for that to install. monitor is mostly plastic light weight. Rear cam is mostly metal and more rugged. Remember it is wireless, however camera and monitor need power from vehicle to operate. backup lines in monitor are fixed and not able to turn off. The backup camera doesn’t have audio to the monitor. monitor does come with a sunshade, which is nice. I was able to find this at a much cheaper price.
