It never ceases to impress me when I think of the technology that's involved in making this thing work but it works, and works well! It even maintains the time while disconnected though I don't know for how long. The instructions describe how to set the hour and minute hands separately but I wasn't able to do it; it seems to only have one "set" mode which simply runs the hands very fast and you let up the button when they're at the correct time. Still a fascinating device especially for the price!
