This is the second item sent as the first didnt work. At first they offer me $12. and said I could arrange to get it fixed myself. I said no and I wanted a full refund or a replacement sent. So they sent a replacement. It arrived quickly and works as it should. I am happy with the end result. Although I was not happy with their initial offer, they were good to deal with replying quickly and coming up with a suitable solution. I would be confident in using them again as they were reasonable and fair in the end.
