Very good! This is v1.2 so it already fixes a few issues that 1.1 had, so no need to solder bridges to the drivers. Still depending on the controller you may still need to remove the CLK pin. If you plan to use Stallguard feature to have sensorless homing you 'll need to solder the pin to the driver. Easy task. Super quiete and cold running drivers, with the heatsink installed I haven't noticed any heating up during work.

Took this driver for the extruder. Just because with the current the extruder pulls this driver almost does not need a cooler (extrueder motor is Nema17 42x40 1.8 deg). And yes I have heat sink on it and forced air over it. Supports all there is and like any Other TMC and Bigtreetech product it is made with great care. Comes with cables to hook up in SPI mode if your board needs it. Comes in the ESD bag and then in the ESD box. Overkill. Loving it.
