Delivery experience wasn't the greatest for our country here in South Africa. Ordered this item the 28 April 2018 and only received it on the 4 July 2018. Item received undamaged which is a bonus considering it's long journey. Overall build quality is acceptable. It doesn't look like it would handle an accidental fall from a high area. Other than that, it works pretty well. I can now conveniently measure all sorts of heat sources. This tool could be quite handy for electricians for their trouble shooting needs.

No complaints.. selectable backlight laser and celsuis/fahrenheit. Great for air conditioning work as well as working around grinding and welding. Temps seem reasonably accurate and very consistent... Also has a notably good feel in the hand and a good weight once a 9v battery is installed.

Termometer works well dont know how accurate this really is but on a few tests over objects iwith known temeperature the readings were all right.
