Package beautifully, presented well. comes with usb c cable and manual, with downloadable app to go with Buds. Easy to use, menus are great, I like the features. screen on case is new, its touch screen and very functional. and pretty to look at. and priced very well for what you are soposter get. down side, its hard type plastic ear bud peice, so unless u got deep or big ear holes, these don't seat well in my ear and can't be adjusted with soft rubber inserts. so just beware if you want to exercise could easily fallout. quality control was lacking, as only the right ear bud works, the left had no charge out of box. and won't seem to take charge. maybe contacts won't hit bottom of case to charge I've tried pushing in to touch contacts, still wont turn on, as indicated by case as -% and right as 100%. so I take it as faulty. sound quality in right seemed pretty good and crisp. had decent sound and able to adjust Equaliser so made driffrance in type music listen too. I would give 2 and half star rating but only gos by single stars, since was only able use 1 ear bud left dosnt work from opening box.
